Carter's Cider - 7% vol £3.00
A scrumpy like still medium-dry cider made from Spartan apples grown in a nearby organic orchard.
JK Vodka Fusion Raspberry Liqueur - 20% vol £15.00
Fresh raspberries are steeped in pure vodka following an old family recipe to produce this deliciously fragrant and richly fruity liqueur.
Drink it on its own, mix it with white wine or bubbles, pour it over ice cream or fruit salad. Any excuse will do!
Sloe Gin - 26% vol £15.00
"This is the real McCoy! I take no shortcuts and aim to produce the best sloe gin in the world. Sloes are picked painfully and at great expense in local hedgerows then spend a full 12 months sitting in our gin.
You will be hit by a distinct aroma of almonds (which comes from the stones of the fruit) and a rich, nutty,
plummy aftertaste, which is quite distinctive. High in alcohol at 26% and on the dry side. I like to get the right balance between the astringency of the sloes and the sweetness of the small amount of sugar I use. If it seeks out the crevices in your cheeks then I have got it right!
Lovely evening nightcap and the greatest of the winter warmers."
John Kemp, Winemaker
Cherry Liqueur - 20% vol £15.00
Almost as good as Sloe Gin but rather more plentiful so it is a little cheaper.
It has a lovely almondy nose, which comes from the stones of the fruit with a rich
plummy taste.
Great after dinner or on winter walks.
Damson Liqueur - 20% vol £15.00
Liqueur made from home grown Victoria plums steeped in strong vodka.
It’s like drinking the juice at the bottom of a bowl of stewed Victoria plums with an alcoholic kick.
Super after dinner conversation stimulant.
