Our premier dry white wine produced from the Bacchus grape which is derived from Reisling and Silvaner grape varieties.
It is particularly suited to our cooler climate where it ripens slowly and gently during our summer and autumn.
This is English wine at its best. It is star bright in the glass with intense citrus aromas. The dry refreshing taste is of lemons, grapefruit and elderflowers. This fruit is sustained very well on the long honeyed finish.
A great wine to be enjoyed with fish, chicken or summer salads.
