An unusual medium wine sold also
in half bottles. This is made from a blend of aromatic Wurzer
grape variety, which provides a muscat grape aroma with
delicious melon flavours in the wine, and our Bacchus grape
variety. The wine is well balanced with refreshing acidity to
counteract the high unfermented grape sugar levels remaining.
The grapes were harvested late in November hence the name
"Last of the Summer". It is recommended at the end of a meal
with perhaps a fruit salad.
