Wildlife

Two lakes and a stream offer a chance to see a fleeting glimpse of our family of kingfishers. Several different habitats have been established to encourage a range of bird species so, birdwatchers, bring your binoculars.

The nature trail allows the vineyard visitors to enjoy a mile long walk to appreciate this special environment. The trail cuts across the regimented rows of all the different vine varieties and leads to our nature ramble around woodlands, wildflower meadows and very old hedgerows supporting an abundance of wildlife.
